" I worked together with Yuxin in 2017 Datafest, a global statistical modeling competition. Among five team members, she was the only statistics students so she played a crucial role in helping other members manipulate big data sets. She was very patient when answering questions about how to use a statistical software.
Throughout the whole event, she committed herself to the sub-project she undertook, which also encouraged other team members. While our team encountered technical difficulties along the way, she embraced challenges and actively acquired knowledge and tools which are needed to tackle down the problems.
